QUALITY
ASSURANCE

For Certified Quality assurance, use the INX team.

The foundation of our Quality System lies in our organization’s Quality Policy and VisionStatement. INX International accomplishes its goals through the use of our ISO management system of correcting/preventing nonconformities and specified management review process. Continuous improvement is a result of activities such as TPM and Six Sigma at select sites and 5S activities at all INX facilities.

As a quality leader in the printing industry for years, INX facilities throughout North America and Europe carry ISO Certifications and include North America’s first ink plant to receive ISO14001 Certification.

INX Quality is a nonstop process that begins with defining processes and specific procedures to be followed at every step, from our selection of raw materials through production and delivery of inks to you. It comes full-circle via a Customer Report System that documents feedback, supplier questionnaires and ensures corrective actions if needed, with steps to further verify their effectiveness.

Our Senior Management Quality Council monitors system effectiveness in all INX facilities. There is an ISO representative at each certified site and, within each facility, a core group of department representatives (Quality Council) meets regularly.

INX Total Productive Management (TPM) systems and programs continually advance product quality and environmental initiatives and address new customer issues as they occur.

CORPORATE
SUSTAINABILITY

INX DIGITAL IS GREEN
Environmental protection is a priority for the conservation of precious natural resources and the continued health of our planet. INX Digital recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do and the products we create.

INX DIGITAL AND THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
INX Digital takes pride in its history of innovation and thoughtful design. But technological leadership goes beyond what’s in our products. How we impact the environment is also important to us, and environmental considerations are an integral part of INX Digital’s business practices. From the earliest stages of product design through manufacturing, use, and recycling, we take care to keep our activities and our products environmentally sound. Four areas of particular attention are product and packaging design, responsible manufacturing, energy efficiency, and recycling. Each aspect of the design cycle provides significant challenges, yet our efforts in these areas have resulted in some impressive results.

R&D
Our research and development efforts continue to look for opportunities to utilize environmentally friendly raw materials and develop new products that have the least impact on our environment. We choose raw materials and processes that maximize the use of renewable and recyclable materials. We identify and utilize the best-available technology that is both environmentally friendly and economically viable to meet our customers’ requirements.

OUR HEALTH & SAFETY TEAM
Our Environment, Health & Safety team works internally, with our customers, and with local communities in which we operate to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding standards set by regulatory and industry organizations around the world.

VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPONENTS
To reduce emissions of Volatile Organic Components (VOC’s) we have adopted the use of more environment-friendly raw materials.
Examples include the replacement of petroleum oil with naturally replenishable vegetable oils such as soy, the replacement of solvent-based materials with water-based and the utilization of UV curable raw materials formulated without VOC solvents.

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING DESIGN
It all begins here. Reducing the environmental impact of our products starts with the product design.
Design dictates the number of raw materials, type and recyclability of materials, methods for manufacturing and use, and the ease of recycling or disposing of.
