Our customers, Our biggest value.
Thanks to them we continue to improve our products.
Fast Drying, Excellent Transfer Capability, Brilliant and Vivid Colors Color Gamut
DT8 Pro is designed for Direct Printing on Various Polyester, and it's suitable for Epson® Printheads From DX4 to TFP.
Highest Dyes Concentration Vs Competitors, Better Jetting reliability, Short Drying Time, and Better Washing resistance as well.
For both Coated and Uncoated Paper
We provide the right ink set according to many different printers colors configuration. Our Process colors are based on a Clean Yellow shade and slighty violet magenta, this combination provides vibrant colors and unbeatable reds.
The most commonly used method of measuring light fastness of a printed material is to expose it to a special artificial light with a spectrum similar to the sun light. Material sample will be exposed together with a special wool counter-sample printed with 8 grades of Blue dye (Blue Wool Scale).

The Swiss Federal Department of Home Affairs (DFI) adopted in March 2008 an amendment to the Ordinance of 23 November 2005 on Materials and Objects in Contact with Food (SR 817.023.21). It entered into force on 4 January 2010 and lays down the obligation for packaging inks to be manufactured only with the authorized substances. Permitted substances are defined as those listed in Annex 2 Lists I and II and in Annex 10, December 2020.
The lists in the Ordinance simply states that the substances may be used in the manufacture of printing inks. To ensure safety in accordance with the law, the migration limits for substances must not be exceeded for final packaging. Guides of Good Practice for the manufacture and printing of printing inks should be followed.
Substances listed with status 'B' may be used, provided that the final packaging is in compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance, i.e. the migration of the listed substances cannot be detected using a valid and official analytical method. The migration should not be greater than 0.01 mg / kg (10 ppb).
INX carried out a review of the raw materials used in the products below to determine their status with respect to the Swiss Ordinance and found that the products below meet the Swiss Ordinance Annex 10.
Accordingly, it does not automatically mean that the product or substance is toxicologically suitable to be used for printing inks for all types of food packaging.

MAIN FEATURES
TRIANGLE® water-based textile inks DT8-PRO is a water-based digital sublimation ink for transfer printing with the highest technical characteristics. The product is suitable for all printers equipped with Epson piezoelectric technology. The long-run test performed on different printers such as Roland®, Mimaki®, Mutoh®, and Epson® has shown excellent properties of run ability with all Epson® printing heads (DX4, DX5, DX7, TFP). Thanks to its outstanding performance, DT8-PRO is ideal also for the most demanding user in terms of productivity and color yield.
DT8- PRO has brilliant and vivid colors that ensure a wide and deep color gamut. Due to its high dye concentration and its innovative formulation, DT8-PRO is the right choice for the particularly difficult prints on substrates, where extreme drying speed and high color yields are the minimum requirements for high-quality printings. DT8-PRO grants also the best color release at standard transfer conditions (200/210°C- 35/45 sec). The unique rheological properties of DT8-PRO ensure long-run productions avoiding the interruptions for cleaning procedures.
APPLICATION
DT8-PRO is recommendable for 100% polyester fabrics or in blends with different fibers (lycra, viscose, cotton, acrylic) with a minimum percentage of 70%. It can also be used on any substrate (alu, wood, ceramic, glass, etc.) usually unsuitable for the sublimation process, after doing a pretreatment with polyester-polyamide resins. DT8-PRO is suitable for sportswear, technical sports equipment (snowboard, ski, wakeboard, bike frame, etc), garments, flag and banners, ceramics, wood, gadgets, and decorations.
THERMO-FIXING CONDITIONS
Thermo-fixing can occur by means of a press or a calendar.
The temperature and time varies depending on the chemical-physical characteristics of the substrate being printed or onto which the print is being transferred. For transfer printing, This ink works well with lightweight to heavyweight transfer paper. For an even brighter result we recommend washing the flag or banner prior to installation.
The product is ready for use.
Keep this ink at room temperature at least 24h before use.
Set the operation conditions as follows:
- temperature range: 20-25°C
- relative humidity range: 40-60 RH %
By direct printing, use this ink on pretreated fabrics only.
Printed fabric is fixed at a calender or a flat press at a temperature of 200-210°C for 35/45 sec. When fixed, fabric is ready for use.
Washing is suggested in order to remove chemical additives used for pretreatment and the unfixed color waste.
Preliminary test is recommended in order to set the best operative parameters (T°C/t sec) and to achieve the desired result.
Our commitment is to provide the most common and used packaging's types available. Find the package that fits your needs.

Inks were optimized to jet in equipment operating at 25°C. Changes in ambient temperature and controlled temperature settings affect the viscosity of the ink and therefore the accuracy of drop formation and dot placement.Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 55°C should be avoided as long term exposure to high temperatures can induce pigment agglomeration.
These inks should be stored between 20° - 25°C (68° - 77°F). When stored properly inks have a 18 month shelf life.
DT8 Cleaning 1564082-01KG - Water-based head wiping fluid that may be used to flush the ink train. Warning: This ink has limited compatibility with solvents. Adding solvents for any extended period of time into the ink train may cause premature curing
The product is heat-sensitive.
Extensive exposure at a temperature higher than 35°C may irreversibly damage its properties.
Shipment instructions:
- temperature range: 5-30°C
- refrigerated container is suggested for long distance shipment.
Storage instructions:
- Avoid exposure to direct sun light.
- Store this ink in a dry and well ventilated environment at a temperature range of 5-30°C.
